These Google Sheets are shared with these Google Accounts

Non Subscribers do not need to provide a Google account

Subscribers that do not want access to the Google Sheets don't need to provide a Google Account

The Google Account can be the same as your email address at the top of the form

Adding a Google Account to your profile can be done later through the User Dashboard
